Where we come from

After studying at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna Dr Christian Wiesner worked as a vet in Spain, Hong Kong and Austria before settling on the Spanish coast to realize his idea for an animal clinic with a global approach to serve the needs of his international clients and their pets.

1st Steps

In 2007 Dr Wiesner opened the International Veterinary Clinic QaliVet in La Nucía, which has steadily grown into a trusted health center for an ever-growing community of Spanish and international pet owners from all parts of the world, including Britain, Germany, The Netherlands, Russia and more.

Growing for our Patients

Based on that success, the clinic has doubled its size, state-of-the-art equipment has been added, and nurses, vets and groomers have joined the team.

Our goal has remained the same throughout: providing your pets with top medical treatment, explained clearly in a variety of languages to ensure optimal communication. We take pride in our high ethical standards and our ability to provide a wide range of services, including complex surgical procedures.
